[SAC] Preparation of GRASS VM?

Hi SAC,

since the OS on xblade14 is pretty old, we are having increasing troubles
to keep stuff running.
Would it be possible to obtain the "template" VM in order to start with the
preparation for the migration?

Please fill out an entry in the table with the hard drive requirements
for such a VM.
