Dear SAC members,
The Italian OSGeo Local Chapter GFOSS.it is working to deploy Pretalx
and Pretix services using docker.
We are looking for a place where set up them, and we think these
services could be useful for OSGeo community (since a lot of local
chapters organize their own conference and these tools can run several
instances)
Please let me know what you think.

yes sure
Pretalx [0] is a Django application to manage calls for paper, with a
single instance you can set up several call for paper for each
conference
Pretix [1] is also a Django application to manage registration and ticketing.
These two application are used in the last international FOSS4G
conferences and could be used also by other local conferences

Is there any news? In the next week we need to setup a running service
of pretalx for the next italian conference, so we need to understand
where we can install it.
