[SAC] problem with @osgeo.org emails

This past week I've noticed problems with @osgeo.org email addresses (such as president@osgeo.org and treasurer@osgeo.org). I'm not the only person who noticed this problem this week. Below is a sample bounce to treasurer@osgeo.org

Hi Markus,

Thanks for testing. I also confirm no issues today; but both MikeS and I have been having intermittent problems using president@ and treasurer@ last week. Difficult to reproduce.
