[SAC] Projects VM not accessible

Just a heads up to SAC committee that our visible projects sites
are down [gdal.org mapserver.org etc.]
(http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/ProjectsVM).
I can't seem to connect to the Projects VM either.

update for all: I've learned through IRC that the ProjectsVM is being
rebooted...
