[SAC] PSC Vote: Accept OSMF servers

As noted in earlier thread, OSMF has graciously offered their old servers to
us.

+1 for accepting.

If all are in agreement, I'll put a ticket in to OSUOSL to get the ball
rolling.

I would like to reformat them with Ubuntu 20.04 if no objections and install
LXD on them. Maybe these set we can do clustering and all that stuff.

+1 if there is not cost involved. These could potentially be used for the build drones too that Sandro mentioned in other threads.

I agree build them the same as all the other machines with LXD.

I was thinking as a gesture of good faith we could up our donation a bit to OSUOSL for the extra rackspace they won't be getting back.
Maybe something like another $500 or so per year? What'dya think?

Agreed, let's containerize more (grass wiki, other small things on
osgeo6)
