* in [Sender filters]: List of non-member addresses whose postings should
be automatically accepted: trac@osgeo.org and trac_osgeo4w@osgeo.org
* in [Recipient filters]: Alias names (regexps) which qualify as explicit
to or cc destination names for this list: trac@osgeo.org
But you might need to check 'pending moderator requests' for the "from"
header of the trac mails to match them for the entries above.
