[SAC] Request for mailing list for newsletter development

The Newsletter development team could use a little bit of infrastructure help. Could someone set up a mailing (http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/60) and an SVN instance (http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/63) for us? I suggest an SVN instance that is either for general OSGeo committee projects or for VisCom since newsletter falls under its umbrella.

Does this sound okay?
