On behalf of the OSGeo4W dev team (OSGeo4W being the windows installer package), I am formally requesting OSGeo services such as SVN and Trac for the OSGeo4W project. Shawn Barnes has volunteered to be the primary administrator for these services. OSGeo4W currently uses the generic OSGeo trac and svn instances, so some work is required to port those into its own instance. The goal of OSGeo4W is to someday be an official ‘OSGeo project’.
I will await your committee decision on this, and depending on your decision I will followup with the Board. Thanks everyone.

+1 (If I'm allowed a vote, I'm still a bit unsure about my SAC status...)
