[SAC] Shutdown webextra.osgeo.osuosl.org on osgeo3.osgeo.osuosl.org

Can you please shut down VM webextra.osgeo.osuosl.org which is residing on
OSGEO3 ganetti cluster.

I think I've moved everything off of it, but would like to have a grace
period of about a week to make sure.

Can you confirm that's the last server we have online on osgeo3?

If so I'd like perhaps the week or 2 after, that we put in the new drives
we purchased and reformat it.
Detailed here:
https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/2314

Reformat it and set it up in the same way as you did osgeo4 with Ubuntu
18.04.3 LTS - I'll put in a separate ticket for this one when we are ready.

Done.

I think I've moved everything off of it, but would like to have a grace period

Sounds good.

Confirmed.

I believe we used up all six drives that you purchased in osgeo4. Please correct
me if I'm remembering wrong.

Sounds good.

Lance,
I think you are right as I have recorded 6 1.8 TB drives in osgeo4. Not sure why I thought we ordered enough for both.
I'm cc'ing Alex as I guess we'll need to buy more disks.

There is one power supply left correct -- I think we had ordered 2 power supply replacements -- one for osgeo4 and one for osgeo3.

Thanks,
Regina

I've gone ahead and updated all the firmware on the machine and dbanned the
current drives. In addition, I've moved the host to the public network
(osgeo3.osgeo.osuosl.org). It should be ready to rebuild once the drives have
been ordered.

I think I used both of the PSU's as they both needed one but I'll double check
the next time I'm in the data center.

I'm going to go ahead and close this ticket. Please open a new one when you're
ready to setup osgeo3 with new drives and when you ship them.

Thanks-
