I'm guess this is do to with SAC disabling sites with PHP temporarily?
Can we re-enable soon please?

I've been desperately trying to download a paper from the 2010.foss4g.org
page for days, but I'm just getting a "If you've reached this page the
website you requested is likely under maintenance." message.
The paper I'm trying to download is

from ESRI Oracle ArcGIS to PostgreSQL/PostGIS".
Could you please provide me with a mirror URL or a copy of the paper?
