[SAC] sudo access on project VM for Martin Landa

SAC,

as you may know, Martin Landa is one of the power developers
for GRASS and also the GRASS Wiki maintainer. He's getting
mad to depend on my help to manage the installation of the
the GRASS Wiki and its extensions.

Please grant him sudo access on the projectsVM (grass.osgeo.org).
I fully trust him (for many years).
