jef from QGIS, and I have observed that svn commits seem not to be working
currently (6:40pm EST). I have "apachectl restart"ed apache twice but
it does not seem to help. The commit hangs and the server-status shows it
is running MKACTIVITY.
I'm a bit at a loss as to what to do. Suggestions?
Also, I observe that the uptime on osgeo1 is only 1:22 (presumably one
hours 22 minutes). Did someone reboot the system or did it just crash on
it's own?
Best regards,

I'd say this was an 'unhappy' crash - yet another, proper reboot might
solve some trouble that might be caused by stale locks and similar
stuff,
