I put in a proposed contract for System Admin support up to 50 hrs at
$100USD/hr ($5000 USD)
This would be a contract with my company Paragon Corporation, but I would be
the employee doing the work.
Planned Start March 1st, 2019, planned end August 31st 2019
Summary of work I plan to do:
Setup Bacula backup of osgeo7
Setup recurring lxd container snapshotting and some scheduled backup of
container images
Move download.osgeo.org to osgeo7
Other time spent will be on General SAC support - helping with DNS , website
configuration, general problems, specialty site setup.
I think I should be able to cover all the above in that allotted time and
still have some time over to do other things, like moving over some other
services to osgeo7 and investigating resetup of LDAP on osgeo7 (so this
would be both a migration and a rethink of our LDAP schema and ssh key
support login via LDAP). I didn't want to add those since I fear that will
put over the 50hr budget.
If you are okay with the plan - please give a +1 or if you have reservations
or questions, please voice those as well.
