[SAC] Trac 1.2 upgrade planning/announce

I need to schedule the 1.0 -> 1.2 trac upgrade.

The procedure involves bringing the trac service offline
during the upgrade, which consists in:

1. Backup the databases (~4 minutes)
2. Install new trac version (~1 minute - done offline)
3. Upgrade all environments and documentation (~2 minute)

So everything should be completed within 10 minutes.

Do you think the time needs to be announced on osgeo-discuss ?
I was thinking to do this tomorrow morning (Central European Time).

If anyone is awake at that time, help is welcome (in case of troubles).
I'll be in #telascience IRC channel.
