It appears to be everything on osgeo3.
osgeo4 and osgeo6 seem to up and running.
I have not checked osgeo5(osgeo backup).

Initial reports are some Issue at OSUOSL.

Saw a note that vm3 is down and they're bringing it back up now.

Fixed by Lance at OSUOSL. I also restarted Apache on the web VM.
