[SAC] [Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender]

The mapguide-users and fdo-users mail lists seem to be replying with this message to most senders, even though the mail is going through to the list. Any idea what might be causing this?

Bob,

It *looks* like these lists are subscribed to themselves from the error
message but when I went to check I found the administrator passwords aren't
the "standard" one, so I couldn't get in to check things out.
