My name is Chris. I am a project architect operating out of NexaVision (nexavision.tech), and I am seeking developers, geospatial engineers, and data auditors interested in collaborating on a fast, lightweight OSINT mapping project.
Maps tell stories. Right now, amidst global conflict and systemic frustration, there are many stories that need to be told. We are building an open-source, web-hosted mapping space designed to visualize massive wealth disparity on a localized level—“The Richest Maps.”
If groups like Palantir can create dashboards for the all-seeing eye, the public deserves their own dashboards to tell their own stories on the ground. We are ingesting open-source county parcel data and cross-referencing it with trusted public databases to map the footprints and assets of the 0.1% on a county-by-county basis. We will be rolling this out to various groups, including the combat veteran community, giving them the tools to visualize systemic inequality in their own backyards.
We have already captured some highly specific datasets (keeping a bit of mystery for now 
), but we need to expand.
What We Need: We know you are advanced users. The modern map user is sophisticated, and we need your expertise to help build this ecosystem:
- Digitizing, auditing, and curating complex datasets.
- Testing our decentralized
magpiecosystem (we need to run it through advancedimport magpi as arcpytests). - Building fast, surgical, vector-based tile environments (GeoServer, PostGIS, Mapbox GL JS / MapLibre).
If you are skilled in Python, R, DB management, or WebGIS, and want to make cool maps that lay the groundwork for change, I would love to connect.
