Two people have asked me to send them a fragment of the Grass4.2
code, specifically v.in.dxf3d code.
I'm sure it is available elsewhere, but here goes.

There are two files there. The source is in a tar.gz file, and a
linux binary is there too, compiled on an ELF system, using recent
shared libraries.
I don't make any claims for this code, but I would like to hear of
any experiences (especially negative ones) about the binary or the
source. If the binary works, I would appreciate knowing that.
