Dearest VisCom:

Please review http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/Event_Plan_2007 to see if
I have captured all the salient points from our meeting yesterday. Feel
free to edit as you will.

Once we're happy with it, I will make a formal request of the board for
our $85K.

I think it can remain a living document as opportunities and clarity arises, but is fine for now in my opinion.

+1 on getting the budget to the board for discussion ASAP
