Here at MEDIN (Marine Environmental Data and Information Network) we use GeoNetwork to harvest metadata from many marine partner organisations in the UK. We have moved from GeoNetwork version 3.12.8 to 4.4.5 and this means we are no longer able to harvest from one particular partner because they use an API to fill a WAF ‘on demand’ so it is not a static WAF. Can version 4.4.5 be configured to accept this sort of WAF? Is there a security reason why this type of WAF is now not acceptable and harvestable?
