Geophysics B.Sc. and 20+ years of experience working in energy, academia, telecommunications, weather, remote sensing. Past 10 years have been software development and custom algorithm design and geospatial platform architect.

Geoserver, Postgresql, PostGIS, pg extensions, GDAL.

FORTRAN, C++, lots of python, typescript, java, javascript, go, avoiding PHP whenever possible.

What do you want to learn / contribute

Geoserver, GDAL contributions improvements. Ideas for contouring gridding etc.
