GRASS addon page offline

It seems the GRASS addons page (https://grass.osgeo.org/grass-stable/manuals/addons/) is offline.

Good catch (result of the recent server update).

The build log states:

...
cp: '/var/www/code_and_data/grass84/manuals//assets' and '/var/www/code_and_data/grass-stable/manuals/assets' are the same file
cp: '/var/www/code_and_data/grass84/manuals//libpython' and '/var/www/code_and_data/grass-stable/manuals/libpython' are the same file
cp: '/var/www/code_and_data/grass84/manuals//search' and '/var/www/code_and_data/grass-stable/manuals/search' are the same file

I am working on it.

As a bonus I hopefully also fixed
