GRASS manual updated on server

Hello NC Sprinters,

I have updated the GRASS manual pages on the server (for several days the G84 cronjob was broken, now fixed):

• GRASS GIS 8.4.2dev Reference Manual - GRASS GIS Manual
• GRASS GIS 8.4 Addons Manual pages

And here the (still manually) updated new Markdown/mkdocs based pages:
